IN2 CONSULT - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK - UP TO £35K - ITALIAN AND FRENCH SPEAKING

 

IN2 Consult are working with a rapidly growing client who are looking for a French and Italian speaking Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. A newly centralised serviced the finance department play a vital role within the group. The ideal candidate will have experience managing vendor relationships and maintaining strong communication rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Day to Day

  • Invoice processing
  • Raising and co-originating the approval of purchase orders
  • Provide supporting documents to invoices where applicable
  • Assist with cash flow forecast
  • Reconcile variances between the purchase orders and vendor invoices
  • Research and reconcile discrepancies
  • Process weekly payment runs
  • Review aged creditor report
  • Ad-hoc projects

 

Experience

  • French and Italian verbal and written
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with NetSuite, Concur or a similar ERP system
  • Ability to multi task and work as part of a team
