Italian & French Speaking Credit Controller - Permanent - Hemel Hempstead - Up to £35k
IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for an Italian and French Credit Controller to join a progressive, industry leading company based in Hemel Hempstead on a permanent basis. This role is initially working remotely, it will be office based when it is safe to return to the office due to COVID-19.
The duties of this role include:
- Collecting outstanding debts via telephone, email and letter
- Reporting on aged and collected debts
- Posting cash
- Processing invoices
- Issuing receipts
- Managing relationships with customers
The successful candidate:
- Must be able to read, speak and write in both Italian and French
- Have experience of working within a Credit Control position for at least 2 years
- Have experience of using a large ERP system such as SAP or Oracle
