German Speaking Credit Controller - Watford - Permanent - £25,000 - £30,000
IN2 Consult have an exciting opportunity for a German speaking Credit Controller to work with a market leading organisation in Watford.
The duties of the role include:
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Collected outstanding debts via telephone, email and letter
- Reducing DSO
- Producing monthly reports on debts collected
- Taking payments via debit and credit cards over the phone
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working within a Shared Service Centre
- Have at least 3 years Credit Control experience
- Have experience of using major ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Be able to read, write and speak German to a native level
