Accounts Assistant - Basingstoke (Onsite) - Permanent - Up to £35,000
IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to work with a brilliant client of ours based in Basingstoke on a permanent basis. The role is onsite 5 days per week and has free onsite parking.
The duties of the Accounts Assistant role includes:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
- Managing employee expenses
- Handling and resolving queries
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Assisting with accounts receivable invoice postings
- Supporting on any month end queries from an Accounts Payable perspective
The successful Accounts Assistant will:
- Have 2 years or more Accounts Payable experience
- Be willing to go to the office 5 days per week
