Accounts Receivable Clerk - Hounslow (Onsite) - Permanent - Up to £35,000
IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to work with a market leading client of ours based in Hounslow on a permanent basis. The role is 5 days onsite.
The duties of the Accounts Receivable Clerk will include:
- Processing high volumes of sales invoices
- Reconciling customer statements
- Cash allocation
- Collecting outstanding invoices
- Reconciling bank accounts
Person Specification

Essential
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable / credit control
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Experience working with accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, SAP, or similar)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
- A professional and proactive approach to resolving customer queries
