IN2 Consult is currently representing a real market leader on the recruitment of a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their growing team in Basingstoke.

The Commercial Finance Business Partner role includes the following key duties:
- Be a key business partner to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- The financial delivery and reporting/forecasting/ of property maintenance, investment, and compliance to agreed performance and financial standards and targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness and value for money.
- Produce detailed financial analysis of key data to help improve efficiency
- Deliver to set stretch targets for key performance indicators across all operational areas.
- Responsible for financial aspects of property delivery and performance within the property areas, managing bills of quantity for contractor payments, providing accurate financial forecasting for each live project, and or workstream and highlighting areas of concern where there may be the potential for budget overspends.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all financial expenditure is accounted for in a Opex and Capex allocations
- Lead and be accountable for specialist complex projects and maintenance contracts ensuring that the best financial outcomes
The Desired candidate for this role should have the following experience:
- Experience working in the Housing/ Construction/ Facilities Management/ Property Development sectors are a must have requirement for this role
- Proven track record of business partnering with key stakeholders
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting
- Experience in producing detailed financial analysis based off market trends and data sets
- Clear Communication Skills
