Finance Assistant | Soho | £30,000 - £32,000 | Hybrid | (Progression role)

In2 Consult are partnering with a growing Tech business on the lookout for an up and coming Accounts Payable profession. This role is ideal for someone well-versed in the ownership of AP and Expenses, looking for progression into Management Accountant duties down the line. The company is a fantastic place to work with fully development support for a committed candidate.

  • Payment runs for 3 entities
  • Inputting and processing staff expenses on Expensify system
  • Posting credit card expenses and reconciliation of the accounts
  • Multicurrency bank reconciliations for circa 10 bank accounts in GBP, EUR & SGD
  • Balance sheet reconciliations across the group
  • Cost analysis reporting for our key budget holders
  • Assist with Payroll for our 3 entities

The candidate:

  • An active studier dedicated to a career in finance Preferred but not essential
  • 2 - 3 years experience in a fast paced international business environment Essential
  • Start-up and SME experience essential Preferred but not essential
  • Working in the Technology space experience Preferred but not essential
  • Experience of working with Xero (or similar) plus other close enabling software Essential
