Payroll Specialist - £28-32k - Manchester Central
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Effectively planning and executing customer onboarding projects for payroll in a timely manner.
- Taking a trusted and documented approach to appropriately balance all payroll onboarding data, such as static data, cumulative year-to-date balances, and comparisons to previous Full Payment Submission files.
- Explaining the onboarding process to customers through regular project sessions and timely update meetings.
- Ensuring that data migration documents are completed correctly and thoroughly checked during the gathering and loading processes.
- Assisting with the processing of parallel runs and ensuring all run results balance with the new customer’s previous payroll provider.
- Managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously, organizing your time to prioritize based on customer and business needs.
- Maintaining customer confidentiality at all times.
- Educating and guiding customers on both service and system features, remaining clear and concise, and always demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Ensuring that the payroll onboarding SLA is adhered to at all times.
- Managing customers to supply all data to the Onboarding Team in a timely fashion to meet the agreed go-live date.
- Meeting all Key Performance Indicators that are set, and documenting all key reasons for project slippage with transparency of reasons and any additional cost implications.
