IN2 Consult is partnering with a highly regarded professional services firm to recruit an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join a growing Tax team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious corporate tax professional looking to work within a collaborative, technically strong environment, supporting a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and complex corporate groups.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering both compliance and advisory services, managing client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the tax function.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
- Act as a trusted adviser and key point of contact for clients.
- Build long-term client relationships through high-quality service and technical expertise.
- Work closely with senior leadership on complex technical matters and strategic client engagements.
Compliance & Advisory
- Lead the delivery and review of corporate tax compliance work.
- Provide technical input across advisory projects including structuring, transactions, and tax planning.
- Review work prepared by junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and remain up to date with changes in corporate tax regulations.
Business Development & Team Leadership
- Support business development initiatives, proposals, and client growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to add value to existing clients.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Mentor and develop Managers, Seniors, and junior team members.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive UK corporate tax experience gained within a professional services environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across corporate tax compliance and advisory matters.
- Experience advising owner-managed businesses and complex corporate groups.
- Proven ability to review and quality-assure complex tax computations and advisory work.
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- CTA, ACA and/or equivalent professional qualification.
