This Senior FP&A Manager role includes the following duties:

• Lead and oversee small teams involved in various FP&A projects, such as reporting, budgeting, forecasting, decision support, and data management, ensuring that the final output is suitable for non-financial stakeholder consumption.
• Engage with and challenge stakeholders regarding assumptions and conclusions to maintain the highest level of analytical rigor.
• Use market knowledge alongside historical data to provide insight to stakeholders on how to increase business output.
• Create complex reports, models, and strategies to support projects that involve various forms of data and offer recommendations.
• Scrutinize current and projected financial information to guarantee accuracy, and provide comprehensive commentary for any errors or discrepancies compared to the budget.
• Offer guidance on cost control to stakeholders, ensuring adherence to proper financial processes, procedures, and accounting policies.
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and collaborate with the wider FP&A team to implement these changes.
• Mentor team members, helping them identify opportunities for their growth as Finance professionals.
• Provide Ad-hoc Analysis where required, alongside insight and commentary in order to appear easily digestible to non-financial stakeholders.
