Andy joined us in August 2022 and is now Associate Recruitment Consultant, overseeing the FP&A and Commercial Finance devision throughout the Thames Valley area and specialises in placing FP&A analysts and business partners.
Andy joined us after 5 years in the health and fitness industry, where he gained valuable experience and worked his way from the bottom to the top of the ladder. Having reached his goals, Andy decided to take on a new challenge, one that is rewarding as well as enjoyable. Recruitment stood out to him as it meant he could use the skills he obtained previously and use them in a sales environment which would allow for future progression.
Andy gained valuable transferrable skills from his experience as gym manager and personal trainer. He uses the skills he learnt from selling the gym, selling his services and working with people to help them reach their full potential. He now uses this in his every day work with clients and candidates alike, striving to find the perfect match why listening and understanding their needs.
