IN2 Consult is partnering with a global organisation on the recruitment of a commercially savvy, fully qualified Finance Business Partner that is a fluent Italian speaker to join their finance function. This role will be the main business partner for the Italian region which has a revenue exceeding €1 Billion P/A.
The key duties of this role include:
- Be the main business partner to the MDs throughout the Italian region using accounting to help drive the continued growth and profitability of the business unit
- Partner with key stakeholders to produce complex financial analysis to help aid key decision making
- Producing long term forecasts and budgets
- Use of KPIs to drive efficiency and profitability
- Drive process improvements and drive change from both a finance and commercial perspective
- Line manage a team of 2 finance professionals
- Ad-Hoc Duties
The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role should have the following skillset:
- Be a Fluent Italian Speaker- This is a necessary requirement for all applicants
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Fully Qualified
- Strong experience in business partnering with the SLT and other non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in producing financial analysis, budgets and forecasts
- Strong communication skills
- Results driven personality
