Job Description:
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the management accounting team in financial reporting and analysis. Your duties will include:
Job Duties:
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conducting variance analysis and producing financial reports
- Assisting with year-end audits and statutory reporting
- Processing journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Participating in financial projects and initiatives
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practises
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA
