A new chapter for IN2 Consult
In 2017, Luke Seaman founded IN2 Consult from a small top-floor office in the heart of Reading. From a one-man show, IN2 Consult has grown to an awesome team with 30 years of combined recruitment experience.
As the company continues to grow, we’ve been able to bring in some exciting new roles into our team. Personal branding is very important to us, and we want to be known by our name and values whether through our own people or across the levels of work we do.

Attitude
We are positive, passionate and engaging both internally and externally. We promote each other's successes and pick up those around us if they are having a bad day!
Consult
We consult internally and externally, helping build bridges, deliver insight and showcase value. Consulting is the heart of our business and we have to set expectations internally.
Deliver
We do what we say we are going to do. We don't dilly dally, we make sure that we stick to timelines and deliver what we set out too. If we don't, we put the shift in, be that staying late or starting early!

We aim to keep growing and engaging with clients and candidates across Thames Valley, London, and the North. We want to provide a first-class service across all levels of the vertical markets we work within. We pride ourselves on our ability to nurture long-term relationships with our clients and candidates while providing the best possible consulting services through our expertise in our respective markets and specialisms.
We are thrilled that 2022 saw the launch of our 3rd division, right in the heart of Manchester. A couple of years later, we are now well-established across London, the Thames Valley and The North. There are exciting times ahead for IN2 Consult, and we can’t wait to see where we will be in the years to come.
