In 2017, Luke Seaman founded IN2 Consult from a small top-floor office in the heart of Reading.

What began as a one-man operation has grown into a high-performing team with over 30 years of combined recruitment experience. From day one, the vision was clear: build a recruitment business defined by reputation, relationships, and results.

As IN2 has evolved, so has our ambition.

Growth has allowed us to invest strategically — expanding our expertise, strengthening our leadership team, and launching specialist divisions focused on the areas where we can deliver the greatest impact.

We are thrilled that 2022 saw the launch of our 3rd division, right in the heart of Manchester. A couple of years later, we are now well-established across London, the Thames Valley and The North.
