Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of household cleaning supplies and other consumer chemicals with a revenue of $14 Billion operating across every continent. The organisation has a strong EMEA presence and operates using a Shared Service Center model with over 200 finance professionals.

Our Process

We held a meeting with the hiring manager and talent acquisition manager to understand the challenges of the role, the company culture and the team dynamics. We took the time to understand the drivers, technical requirements and internal processes to find a suitable candidate who aligned with these criteria.

Having understood their needs and requirements, we highlighted some of the key candidates we were working with who would suit their roles and company culture and highlighted the value they would add to their team.

How We Went Above and Beyond

Following the meeting, we were asked to work on 2 live vacancies. Within 48 hours we provided 5 profiles, 4 of which came from Multi-National Shared Service Centres and PE-backed entities and secured 5 interviews.  

3 of our candidates made it to the second stage interview which included case studies. Of these 3 candidates, we received 2 offers to fill the 2 roles we were working all within a two week period.

What Was Achieved?

The hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team invited our transactional specialist to their head office to discuss other needs within the finance team and due to our recent success and support, we were added to their PSL. They have also said they will come to us first for any niche roles before any of their previously established agencies.
