A little about the company

The company is a world-leading fintech company dealing with international payment transfers who offer their services to over 120 countries.

The challenge

Originally a Financial Trading Company, our client was going through the process of becoming a bank. They had decided to split their P&L down the middle, with cost on one side and balance on the other; resulting in 10-15 new roles available across their finance function at the same time. 

The organisation began by going through a tender application process involving multiple agencies on their PSL, reviewing recruitment plans, salary analysis and estimated time frames to ensure the roles were filled quickly and efficiently

The Results

We successfully placed 8 roles within this project including 2 FP&A Analysts, the Head of Balance, the Head of Cost Accounting, 2 General Ledger Accountants, 1 Financial Accountant and 1 Payroll Consultant all of which were completed within 3 months, from taking the first job specification to getting the final offer accepted. During this period we sent 6 CVs to each role, had an average of 3 interviews per job and 7/8 of the offers were accepted the first time around. 

The Business Impact

IN2 Consult has been part of MoneyCorps PSL since October 2021. Due to our ongoing success, rather than competing for available roles alongside other PSL members, MoneyCorp now regularly offers us exclusive roles for us to work. This allows us to leverage our expansive network of specialist candidates who are best suited to add value and drive their overall organisational success.
