This company has recently expanded in the UK, launching its first major project, and while they had the technical expertise, they didn’t have the internal capacity to manage such a high volume of roles. Post-placement success, we now carry out regular check-ins with the managers and candidates placed to ensure everything is running smoothly, everyone’s happy and if we can add extra support if needed. Due to our success, we have now been added to the agency’s PSL, working exclusively with the company to support them with a further 20 positions due to be released at the start of Q2.
