A little about the company

The organisation are a highly acquisitive, global leader in the retail space with a revenue exceeding $25 Billion.

The challenge

The client was already working with around 12 specialist agencies who all had long-standing relationships with the business to assist them in the recruitment of several roles across all accounting markets due to growth and ongoing transformation projects. The entire accounting and finance division was over 300 strong and there was a real need to continuously add strong professionals to help cope with the growth.

We introduced ourselves to several key stakeholders who were struggling to recruit over 25 specific, technically focused accounting roles and presented 3 profiles within 24 hours. 

At this point, IN2 Consult wasn’t a part of the PSL but due to the quality of the product we presented, we were given the opportunity to support a small proportion of the roles to prove our value.

How we worked with the company

We took the time to attend the clients' office to understand the culture and met with all the hiring managers to understand their particular drivers for their teams as well as the internal recruitment team to make sure that we were aligning ourselves to their process. 

How we went above and beyond

Our team then took time to map out the market across all the required vertices and focused on matching not only the right technical skill set but also the right personalities which was a huge driving factor across all of the teams.

What was achieved?

Going forward 6 months, we placed a number of the business critical positions ranging from accounts payable roles to FP&A analysts and even heads of department. As the organisation continued on an exciting M&A journey, the PSL was reviewed and IN2 was selected to be one of the only three remaining agencies to stay on the new PSL due to the value-added in only six months with our candidates, consulting and market insights as well as ability to follow the correct process.

Our team has now relieved a lot of pressure from both the internal recruitment team as well as the hiring managers with our placements and continues building on an excellent relationship.
