I've had the pleasure of working with IN2 Consult for a number of months now, and have been impressed with their diligence, positive proactive attitude and ability to deliver. The roles I need to fill are often quite niche and require a significant amount of research and effort to find the right candidates, and IN2 Consult was by far the most successful of the several consultants we had working these roles. Both Taylor and Luke were absolutely on the button in terms of willingness to meet and understand our needs, giving regular updates and of course providing a range of suitable candidates. The attention to detail they demonstrated by really getting to know the role requirements made the process very slick and all but eliminated any time wasted in rejecting candidates that weren’t suitable, which I can’t say about some of the other consultants we have used.
