Your responsibilities will include monitoring outstanding balances, communicating with clients to resolve payment discrepancies, and implementing strategies to minimize credit risk. - Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to identify overdue payments and outstanding balances.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue invoices and negotiate payment terms.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Accounts Receivable, to address customer concerns and streamline payment processes.
- Analyze credit data and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payments and resolve disputes.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of credit control activities.
- Fluency in German or Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, is preferred but not essential
