As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and driven Finance Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong audit background to transition into an industry role and make a significant impact on the organization's financial operations.
Responsibilities -
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial performance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in audit, preferably with a Big Four or reputable audit firm.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
