IN2 Consult are working with a rapidly growing Fintech business who are looking for a Finance Manager to focus on all reconciliations and to ensure internal controls are highly efficient. This is an absolutely brilliant time to join a very well known business where the sky is truly the limit!
Job Duties:
- Complete responsibility of balance sheet reconciliation
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- ACA qualification is an absolute must
- Strong expertise in balance sheet reconciliation
- Proven experience in audit
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practises
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be ACA qualified from a top 10 practice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the fintech industry would be ideal
