IN2 Consult are currently working for a highly succesfful and fast growing business based in Soho who are looking for a financial accountant to join on a permanent basis due to growth. An overview of the role is below;
Salary:
£70000 - £80000 Per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the quarterly and annual external audits of the Group companies, being the point of contact and responsible for issue resolution during that time.
- Prepare the interim and year-end financial reporting timetables, monitor progress and drive action to deliver against key milestones and ultimately complete the annual report and accounts.
- Prepare and review working and technical accounting papers for external auditors.
- Own accounting processes and related accounts disclosures, for example goodwill, going concern, and related parties.
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date knowledge of all matters related to UK GAAP and IFRS and other relevant regulatory accounting requirements.
- Support the finance team in month-end closing and financial analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation by designing and implementing new processes as well as internal controls to incorporate evolving business needs and reporting requirements.
Key Skills:
- Fully Qualified
- Experience in producing statutory accounts
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
