Job Title: German Speaking Credit Controller
Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackburn
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 Per annum

Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee the credit control process for German-speaking clients
- Communicate with clients in German to ensure timely payments
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with clients
- Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders
- Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (Native level)
- Proven experience in credit control or a similar financial role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Education:
- A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit control or a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of credit control principles and practises
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Credit Management
- Experience working with international clients
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role in Blackburn, North West England
- Standard working hours, Monday to Friday
- Potential for occasional travel to meet clients
