Service Charge Accountant
Location: Holborn
Hybrid: 1-2 dys in office, 3-4 day work from home per week
Salary: £37,000 - 45,000 per annum
In2 Consult have partnered with a Commercial Real Estate company looking for a talented service charge accountant to assist in the day to day smooth running of the function.
Job Duties:
- Manage and reconcile service charge accounts for residential properties
- Prepare annual service charge budgets and forecasts
- Review and analyse service charge expenditure and income
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
- Communicate with property managers, residents, and external stakeholders regarding service charge matters
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in service charge accounting within the property management sector
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
