Josh joined us in February 2021 with experience in a luxury car dealership working in sales. This previous role let him establish how much he truly enjoyed working with people on a more personal level, understanding their drivers, needs and requirements whether hiring or looking for a role. He thus decided to take a plunge into the world of recruitment and has been with us for just over two years, the second longest member of our London team.
Josh looks after all transactional roles for our London market and specialises in placing Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable and Credit controller roles. As our London team continues to grow, Josh has decided to focus specifically in the North London areas, including Chiswick, Watford, and Uxbridge. Alongside his fantastic network of bi-lingual speaking professionals, he has helped many candidates secure new long-term positions within global organisations. He has helped clients navigate and overcome busy periods by quickly and efficiently identifying highly skilled candidates to provide extra support to their team. His previous experience gained through working in car sales means he knows how to listen to his clients and understand the key requirements they are looking for to make that perfect match.
