Cameron is the latest team member to join our London Team to head up our Qualified Reporting Function. Cameron will be working roles across South and Central London alongside Darryl who covers the Qualified Reporting market for North and East London. Cameron specialises in placing all roles within the market including Qualified Management Accountants, Financial Accountants and Finance Managers.
Cameron joins us with five years experience as an Account Manager and just over two years prior experience within recruitment across the education & engineering sectors.
The experience Cameron has gained over time within recruitment has taught him the importance of listening to both candidates and clients in order to understand their motivations and drivers alongside their needs and requirements.
Cameron decided to move into recruitment after gaining valuable transferrable skills in his previous roles which he could utilise to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients respectively. His goal for his candidates is to find them their dream job and for his clients it to find the highest calibre of employees by having an honest and consultative approach.
