Jamie joined IN2 Consult 3 years ago as our Operations Director with strong experience working with key senior stakeholders across a variety of small, medium and large multinational businesses. Having derived procurement strategies and back office processes from scratch, in her previous roles, Jamies always works to ensure an optimum balance between savings verses quality. Jamie gained valuable experience as Procurement manager, lead and team lead, alongside working within Finance herself at the start of her career. Jamie uses her insight and experience gained in these industries to work on our budgets, forecasting, business strategies and all other finance related areas. Jamie really is the jack of all trades in our business!
Jamie is able to truly understand the recruiting process from the clients perspective; supporting the business in offering a more consultancy focused service, understanding the requirements and being able to feedback on the market and climate in order to help develop specifications in line with the market and available candidate pool.
