Patryk has been one of the longest team members with us here at IN2 having joined us in July 2019. Patryk has progressed massively in the company and is now the Regional Sales Manager, looking after our Thames Valley Team.
Patryk joined us straight after university, jumping right into the world of recruitment and adding value to the team straight away. He has built a strong network of candidates and clients alike across the Thames Valley region, covering Executive level Finance roles and supporting a wide range of clients form start ups to high growth SMEs and FTSE listed businesses. Patryk takes a personal approach to the recruitment process, always offering opportunities for informal conversations to advise on market changes and conditions.
Pat specialises in Qualified Commercial and Reporting Senior Finance Leadership placing roles such as Financial Controllers, Finance Directors and Heads of Finance. Pat understands that business needs will differ from company to company and so ensures that he understands the long term plans or in order to ensure that technical requirements and long term cultural fit is met.
