IN2Consult are currently partnering with one of our longstanding clients on the recruitment of a financial professional to join the team in Reading. This position sits as the most senior within the smaller division of a larger organisation. This opportunity would be best suited for someone looking for the next step in their career, looking to take on additional responsibilities whilst making a real impact throughout the wider business and helping to drive change.
Key Responsibilties of the role include:
- Assisting in the production of month-end management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Preparing the accrual & prepayment journals
- VAT returns
- Ad-hoc duties assisting in processing invoices & maintaining the accounts payable ledger
Key Requirements of the role include:
- Experience in the production of month-end management accounts
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Studier or QBE
