IN2Consult / 3 month AP Assistant / up to £21 pph umbrella / Hybrid working / Mayfair
IN2Consult are working with an IT Consultancy & Support company based in the Mayfair area who need an immediately available Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. This position can pay up to £23 pph umbrella & offers three days of remote working per week. It is required for the next three months but it may be extended. Please see below the responsibilities & overview of the role -
Responsibilities
- Invoice processing, up to 1000 per month split between two people (not very high volume)
- Invoice coding
- Working with multiple entities & making sure invoices are coded correctly
- Bank reconciliations
- Managing the date (need someone data focused)
- Any ad hoc responsibilities as required by the AP Manager
Skills Required
- Sage experience would be good
- Multi site/multi entity experience required
- Very good level of communication
- Data focused
- Keen eye for detail
