IN2Consult is seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts Payable Manager to join our clients team and lead a group of talented professionals in managing the accounts payable processes.
As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and expense reports. You will lead a team of 7 Accounts Payable Specialists, overseeing their day-to-day operations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain strong vendor relationships. Your strategic thinking and leadership will contribute to the overall financial success of our company.
Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Manager:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 7 Accounts Payable Specialists, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance accounts payable processes, implementing best practices and automation solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations, and manage audits related to accounts payable.

Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts payable reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Cash Flow Management: Work closely with the Finance team to optimize cash flow by accurately forecasting and managing payment schedules.
