IN2Consult are partnering with a global FinTech company, based in central London who are on the lookout for an AP Specialist to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity, offering up to £35,000 pa & two days of remote working per week. This is a technical job & the successful candidate will need to be well versed in AP procedures as well as some minor elements of accounting. Responsibilities -
- Ensure all accounts payable transactions are correctly posted
- Process in a timely manner all accounts payable transactions across the EMEA region
- Ensure supplier charges are applied and passed-through to client billable projects or 'matters'
- Prepare multi-currency payment runs on a regular basis
- Manage questions from the business and suppliers, ensuring issues are resolved timely, efficiently and professionally
- Process all T&E reimbursement claims from employees across the EMEA region
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills required -
- 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent level of communication
- Need experience on SWIFT & SEPA international payments
- Need experience on accruals & prepayments
