IN2Consult / Assistant MA / up to £40,000 pa / Soho / Hybrid working
Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus & study support
Job Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for any deviations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyse departmental expenses.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts.
- Review and process purchase & sales ledger invoices.
- Manage credit control activities and ensure timely payments from customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger records.
- Provide support in financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of management accounting principles and practises.
- Experience with purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control.
- Experience of a fast paced environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Part-qualified in a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
