IN2Consult are partnering with a high end, European media & retail company who are on the lookout for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team. This is a really exciting opportunity that offers fantastic progression & the chance to take on new responsibilities. This is an office based role (to help with personal development) that can offer up to £42,000 pa & a full study support package. Please see below the responsibilities & skills required -
Job Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Responsibilities for transactional finance processes
- Suggest process improvements and implement them where possible
- Support the Management Accountant in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance
- Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
Required Qualifications:
- AAT qualification or equivalent or higher
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practises
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
