IN2 Consult - Capital Accountant - £35,000 to £45,000 per annum - Basingstoke - Full-time, Permanent - 12.5% bonus, study support and 3 days a week office based.
IN2 Consult is supporting one of our International, Market Leading clients with the recruitment of 2x Capital Accountants on a full-time, permanent basis. These Capital Accountants will report into the Senior Finance Manager. This position will be based in the Basingstoke office 3 days a week.
Key responsibilities involved in these Capital Accountant positions are as follows:
- Accurate and timely month end reporting in line with the Finance hub timetable across international legal entities;
- Processing and coordinating Capital Accounting period end close activities
- Preparation of month-end analysis and commentary for management reporting;
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations, including IFRS16, to support reviews with Finance hub managers and business partners;
- Maintain financial controls in accordance with group policies and procedures;
- Processing and co coordinating Fixed Asset adjustments with reference to, Fair value, Revaluations/impairments, Disposals & Depreciation/Amortisation
- Liaise with internal and external audit teams
Key experience required for these Capital Accountant positions are as follows:
- Part-Qualified, Finalist or Qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Experience working in a large-scale, global/ international business - DESIRABLE
- Month end production experience - from start to finish
- Fixed Asset Accounting experience - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Project Accounting experience - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Implementation experience for either finance processes or financial controls - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
