Finance Business Analyst, Transformation, Blackburn, £70K-£80k per annum + Bonus, 12 month contract, Onsite
IN2 Consult are currently recruiting for a finance business analyst to lead a transformation program for a key client of ours based in Blackburn. The client are looking for someone with ideally SAP experience to merge all entities under the same system.
Duties and responsibilities
- Identify risks and present them to others together with options to mitigate risks.
- Be proactive in coming up with new and inventive ways to improve processes and controls.
- Together with IT, manage the implementation of new systems
- Coach and educate the team on best practice relating to operating processes
- Create strong relationships with other members of the Finance team and business stakeholders at all levels to gain their trust and be a credible partner in helping them improve ways of working.
- Drive standardisation to ensure that as far as possible all changes are implemented globally in a standardised way.
Background ideally
- led on large scale programmes of work covering transformations of process and systems.
- Business Analysis and Transformation experience
- Track record of independently improving processes and controls
- Experience of operating in a relatively large, complex business
- Strong finance background , maybe qualified in ACCA CIMA ACA
