Finance Business Partner (Hospitality) - Hounslow (Hybrid) - £55,000-£65,000
IN2 have partnered with a leading catering company based in Hounslow who are currently looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their Commercial Finance team managing regional contracts with large clients across multiple sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an accountancy qualification and exposure to commercial finance to take ownership for a number of high profile client contracts and drive change/growth within the business working with senior level stakeholders on key business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with divisional directors and department heads to provide them with key financial information and support them with key business decisions.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts presented with analysis to stakeholders to department heads/directors.
- Review and analyse external contract performance and highlight any risks and opportunities for improvement to drive growth.
- Ensure month-end accounts are accurate and provide detailed variance analysis to monitor impacts potential deviations.
- Monitor potential business/industry changes which may cause disruption and provide solutions to reduce EBITDA effect.
- Aid with measuring business KPI's and provide recommendations to support stakeholders.
- Deal with Ad-hoc requests requiring financial perspective as requested.
Requirements:
- Must have an Accountancy Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong communication skills - Experience business partnering with non-financial stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple contracts would be preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel & IT skills
