Job Duties:
- Lead and drive finance transformation initiatives within the organisation
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial processes and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of finance projects
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial systems and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Proven experience in finance transformation or financial management
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive change

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance transformation or financial management
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with D365 Implementation or similar ERP systems
- Project management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP)
