IN2 Consult - Management & Financial Accountant - Didcot, Oxford - £38,000 to £45,000 salary - Full-time, Permanent - Hybrid working (3 days a week office based) - Producing management accounts & preparing/ processing payroll for the business.
IN2 Consult are currently supporting a Global Networking consultancy based in the Didcot with the recruitment of a permanent Financial/ Management Accountant to join their finance function. This role will report into the Management & Financial Accounting Lead and will be responsible for the accrurate and timely production of monrthly management accounts, processing the payroll for the businesses's employees and assisting with finance transfomation/ process automation projects.
Key responsibilities for this Financial & Management Accountant role include:
- Month-end management accounts
- Preparing & processing journals
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Preparing the monthly payroll
- Preparing VAT returns
- Providing cover for absence across the finance function
- Assisting in the identification and implementation of improvements to financial controls and processes
Key experience required for this Financial & Management Accountant vacancy includes:
- Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualifed by experience
- Experience producing month end accounts
- Experience managing a small team HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Background working within a fast-paced finance department
- Strong communication skills
