IN2 Consult are currently representing an award winning global marketing consultancy, that specialises in creating bespoke innovative marketing programmes that drive growth for brands within complex markets.In order to support the continual growth of the organisation is currently looking for a UK Financial Controller to join their London team. Within this role you will be Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, and responsible for the UK group reporting and management of the UK finance team with two direct reports & four indirect). This is a exciting opportunity to work within well established and growing global agency that is experiencing excremental growth.
Responsibilities;
- Manage the finance team, ensuring deliverables are on time, including processes improvements.
- Monthly group reporting.
- Group consolidated reporting preparation, :
- Goodwill and consolidation adjustments.
- Group elimination adjustments.
- Review the UK reporting submissions.
- Overseeing UK Audit.
- Preparation of the statutory consolidation workings.
- Acquisition accounting
- Tax submissions.
- VAT returns
- Budgeting & Forecasting
Required Skills
- ACA / CPA / CA / ACCA Qualified
- Marketing Agency industry knowledge highly desirable.
- Processes Improvements
- Strong technical skills
- Ex Audit firm experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with statutory audits
