I am currently supporting are a leading global biotech company dedicated to improving lives through innovative medical solutions. In order to support the growth of the business and continued success, they are looking to strengthen their accounting team with the addition of an experienced Interim AP (Accounts Payable) Clerks.
Role Overview
As an Interim AP Clerk within a dynamic accounting department, you will play a pivotal role in managing our accounts receivable and billing processes. This position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices with precision and efficiency.
- Resolving internal and external queries related to accounts payable.
- Collaborating with the accounting team to streamline billing processes.
- Ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting with month-end closing processes and reconciliations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proactive and capable of managing a large volume of work, particularly invoices, effectively.
- Currently studying towards AAT qualification or recently qualified.
- Experience with Oracle financial systems would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
