IN2 Consult are currently working with a key client who are looking for a Payroll specialist to join their team on a 12 month FTC. You will be responsible for the analysis, execution and support of payroll operations with utmost confidentiality of employee records and business information. The role offers a excellent working from policy and strong opportunities to go perm.
Background;
- Strong understanding of French payroll calculations and legislation.
- Ensure data is aligned between HR and payroll systems and Employee files.
- Perform data checks before every payroll and perform controls before payroll approval
- Knowledge of other country payroll processing being part of EMEA payroll team across 25 countries will be plus.
- 4 years of experience in payroll administration preferably in shared services center environment
- Multi-national companies experience, especially for with Payroll in Europe
- Candidates that have worked with third-party payroll services providers
- Experience working in systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Global View
- Ideally Payroll system implementation – data validation and data analysis
- Implementation of Payroll Internal Controls and Procedures
