I joined IN2 consult straight from University as I knew I would be able to add value to the team and grow my career. I have since built a strong network across the Thames Valley, covering Commercial Finance permanent positions. I enjoy offering a more personal approach to the recruitment process and am always willing to have informal conversations to advise on market changes and conditions.
I appreciate that when it comes to Commercial Finance each businesses needs are different. That is why I always ensure I am clear on the long term plans of the finance team and wider business, in order to ensure I not only hit the technical requirements but also the long term cultural fit.
Outside of work I love going to the gym, playing football, supporting Manu, F1 and await a new date for a charity boxing match!
