Accounts Assistant - Perm - up to £24,000
The Role
We are expanding our team to support the growth of our business and maintain our exceptional service. The role involves data entry and administrative support, including adding client information to third-party provider portals and obtaining quotations for advisers. You will assist in preparing for client presentations, ensuring accurate and efficient data handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage client data across various platforms
Support administrators by obtaining quotations for advisers
Prepare client information ahead of presentations
Analyse and present data using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of work
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Plan and prioritize tasks with excellent organizational skills
Take proactive ownership of workload and maintain a flexible attitude
Qualifications:
GCSE or equivalent required
Higher education is desirable but not essential
