IN2 Consult is partnering with a market leader and one of the biggest brands in the world on the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Payable manager to oversee a team of purchase ledger specialists within an exciting, high growth environment.
The key duties of this AP Manager role include:
- Overseeing a large team of accounts payable professionals with a number of team-lead direct reports
- Drive the performance, output and efficiency of individuals within the team
- Conduct regular meetings and 1-2-1s with team members
- Driving Accounts Payable targets, including reduction of debit balances and unallocated payments
- Support the wider AP Function on the resolution of complex queries
- Drive the efficiency of ERP systems
- Business partner with key stakeholders across all entities
- Ad-Hoc Duties
The desired candidate for this Accounts Payable Manager role should have the following experience:
- Strong experience in line managing large teams of purchase ledger/ ap professionals
- Experience in working within a large, fast paced environment or a Shared Service Centre
- Proven track record of driving process improvement and team performance
- Experience in SAP would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills
