Accounts Payable Supervisor- Wokingham (Hybrid)- Up to £35,000 + Benefits- Permanent
IN2 Consult is partnering with an exciting client with a wide presence throughout the UK and Europe on the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their accounting and finance function in Wokingham.
This role is a great fit for candidates with a strong background in purchase ledger that enjoy driving change, process improvements and upskilling a team.
The key responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Supervisor role include:
- Line manage a team of accounts payable professionals, overseeing their day to day work and long term development within the business
- Preparing KPI and SLAs
- Conducting regular reviews
- Taking ownership of BACS and CHAPS payments
- Driving the efficiency to ensure invoice processing targets are met
- Driving change and implementing new processes
- Managing the new supplier set up
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Partnering with suppliers to ensure smooth processes
- Ad-Hoc Duties
The main requirements for this Accounts Payable Supervisor role include:
- Experience in managing/ supervising/ mentoring accounts payable professionals
- Proven track record of working within fast-paced accounts payable functions
- Being Savvy with finance ERPs
- Proven record of driving change and process improvements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
