Role - Commercial Finance Analyst - Rebates
Location - High Wycombe (Hybrid)
Salary - £60,000 - £65,000
Im working with a high-performing and fast-growing company who are looking to expand their commercial finance team. This is a chance to be part of a dynamic group that’s played a pivotal role in more than doubling the revenue and profit over the past nine years.
They are currently looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst —someone with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for making data-driven decisions that shape strategic direction at the highest level. As a member of the Commercial Finance Team, you will analyse and explore areas such as revenue, margin and growth opportunities. You will also track, understand, critically analyse all revenue elements (Discounts, promotions, rebates and other incentives), liaising with relevant areas to provide holistic reporting, analysis and insights to help drive business to control, effectively manage and drive improvements margin.
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Producing new analysis on our performance across a range of variables
- Proposing and implementing improvements you identify to existing analysis, helping to make them robust and repeatable
- Working closely with Senior Management (including the CFO) and their direct reports on a day to day basis, using financial information to inform them on business performance or decisions
- Supporting with budgeting, forecasting and long term strategic planning across the company
- Demonstrating aptitude for understanding numbers and making commercial recommendations from that information
Key Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- With at least 3 years in Commercial Finance or FP&A role
- Proven experience with rebate reporting is a strong plus
- Strong Excel and communication skills
- Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering insights that matter
