We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing organisation located and supporting them with the recruitment of a seeking a fully qualified Management Accountant to join their growing finance team in Little Chalfont.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in supporting financial decision-making within a dynamic and evolving business environment.As the Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, working closely with operational teams & playing a key role in both day-to-day finance and strategic growth planning.

This is a permanent opportunity, paying up to £60,000 base salary plus a competitive benefits package, based in Central London with a flexible hybrid model.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc sales invoices using till reports, working within Xero accounting software.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance with finance-related queries and tasks.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and support the follow-up process alongside the Accounts Coordinator.
  • Handle incoming billing enquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Lead the month-end process through to P&L preparation for operational reviews, supported by the Head of Finance.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for review.
  • Generate and deliver weekly financial reports for operational leadership.
  • Assist in the financial setup of new locations, including the establishment of payment systems and merchant accounts.

 

Required

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Motivated to grow professionally and add value to the finance function.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to accuracy.
  • Proficient with Excel, BI tools, and adaptable to finance software (experience with Xero is an advantage).
  • Able to engage clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable embracing new challenges and learning opportunities.
