IN2Consult / Credit Controller - 4 month temp / up to £180 per day umbrella / 2 days of remote per week / Shepherds Bush
IN2Consult are working with a well established retail company based in the Shepherds Bush area who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team for the next 4 months. This is to give additional help over the Christmas period, however there is a chance to be extended or made permanent as it is a very busy department. You will need to have at least 4 years of experience in collecting debts, multi-currency experience & very good MS Excel skills. Please see below the responsibilities -
Responsibilities -
- Contacting customers via email & telephone to collect on invoices.
- Setting up customer accounts.
- Building relationships with customers both in the UK & Europe.
- Identifying & escalating problematic debts.
- Identifying & resolving customer queries.
- Conducting credit checks.
- Providing reports.
Key Skill -
- Minimum of 4 years of Credit Control experience.
- Excellent level of communication.
- Retail or FMCG experience would be a huge plus.
- Multi-currency experience.
- MS Excel skills are key.
- Navision experience would be good.
